LoadMate DX Crane and Hoists Data Logger

The LoadMate DX monitors load on the crane and records loads, crane movements, durations and start and finish times of each lift, and stores this data in onboard memory. The unit also provides overload prevention, warning alarms and optional load display.

Helps you meet regulatory standards

Australian regulatory authorities rely on Australian Standard AS2550 to ensure safe use of cranes. This standard states that when cranes have reached the end of their design life or, where this is unknown, after ten years, they must be overhauled and certified for continued safe use. Cranes are designed for a set number of load cycles and once this number of cycles is exceeded, failure of the crane becomes unpredictable and an unsafe situation ensues.
