It is made from high grade stainless steel and has 4 fixing points for ultimate strength requirements. The base can be attached to concrete or metal mounting surfaces and can be fitted to other formats to meet all types of applications, drop in insert, marine mounting box and free standing base system are as long as you are able to safely access their anchor point.
